ONE of the MORE EASY and Direct Ways to come to a true MEDITATIVE state is atuning the vibration of your own voice to the Divine within. We come into allignment with our source and inner stillness.
We start at 11.21 sharp, doors close at 11.15.
11.21 – 11.45 Voicing
11.45 – 12.00 Silence
12.00 – 12.30 Sharing the experience, setting intention for the coming week and reading a small piece of text from Way of the Heart, Course in Miracles, poem by Rumi or any related texts.
Tea
12.45 - 16.00 Opening to love s presence through various practises. Lunch break at around 13.30. Please bring something to share.
